Your Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Global Drug Options and its affiliated pharmacies recognize your right to have your personal information safeguarded and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We maintain the highest professional standards for confidentiality and we sign Confidentiality Agreements with all of our fulfillment pharmacies. Also we do not sell or otherwise provide customer information to any other business entity.

The Information We Collect

In order to process your prescription drug order, and in some instances in order to comply with the law, it is necessary for us to ask that you provide us with some personal information. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, height, weight, gender, personal and family medical history, existing medical conditions and known drug allergies. It is important to note this information is used to ensure your safety, and that the prescription medication you wish to order is right for you. Additionally, if you decide to use a credit card to place an order for prescription drugs or to purchase the U.S. Rx Save card, it is necessary that you provide your credit card information to us. Credit card information is used for payment purposes only for anything you purchase from our website.

The Way We Use Your Information

Information that you provide to us when placing an order for prescription drugs or for purchasing the U.S. Rx Save card is used only to the extent necessary to process your order. It is not shared with third parties except to the extent specifically required to complete the order. For example, it is necessary for our affiliated fulfillment pharmacies to share the medical information provided with a licensed physician in the respective area where your prescription is going to be filled, so that the physician can properly review your medical information and approve your prescription. We will not release any prescription information other than to the customer/patient and to the prescribing or other authorized physician caring for the patient (or, to the extent specifically authorized in writing, to the customer/patient's authorized representative).

Additionally, your name and address must be disclosed to the postal service in order to ship the products ordered. We also use the information you provide to confirm shipment and delivery (e.g. by telephone, fax or email).

When provided to us, we use email addresses to answer requests for information or to confirm the status of an order. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties.

Return Policy

All sales are final. The law in most countries state: The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication. Therefore, be sure you order accurately to prevent problems.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription for the U.S. Rx Save card at any time by contacting us at 1-866-704-5723 (toll free) number. There will be no refunds on the costs of subscriptions because it is one low monthly fee.

Data Security

Global Drug Options and its affiliated fulfillment pharmacies have implemented appropriate electronic and management procedures in order to prevent any unauthorized access to information. All data is maintained securely and Global Drug Options ensures that all of the information provided to us is used correctly.

Privacy Policy Changes

If for any reason, we decide to change our privacy policy or any other policy, those changes will be posted here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we use that information and whether; to what extent and under what circumstances that information will or may be disclosed to anyone else.
